“I wanted to take a moment out of my day to send you a quick note on just how wonderful we think Doug (Rush, Vidorra's lead concierge) is!! We moved in to the V on October 30, 2009, and right away Doug warmly welcomed us and told us to call on him at anytime and for anything!! And boy has he followed through with his customer service offerings! He is a GEM and I know all of us at the V are so appreciative to have someone so talented, caring, loyal, helpful, and the most congenial person I have met in a long time.

If I had to pick out Doug’s most notable attribute, it would be his listening skills! So many times, we have talked about get-togethers we were planning for high school reunions, birthdays, downtown alliances that we have, and before I can get up to my unit, he’s already calling or emailing me with POC’s , Telephone numbers, menus etc.
