The Vidorra is an exciting development in San Antonio that will answer many of my desires both now and in the future. I wanted a home that would offer city living and the cultural offerings of being near the center of the action, but with enough distance (2 blocks) to be private….close to the action, but still a HOME.

When I found Vidorra, it had a great location and was the answer to my wish for a home which would have a GREEN footprint. My home will take less space than a normal 2 BR home and just think….since there are 20 stories, my footprint is only 1/20th of that! The set up of the windows will allow me to use the Texas breezes and natural light and have the added benefit of stunning views! The bus line is steps away and a walk to the Alamo or River Walk is 4 blocks away.

I have a choice of the Vidorra’s well appointed fitness center, running along the River Walk or long walks in the historic district which is undergoing its renaissance.

While I am looking forward to the completion of the Vidorra, it also fits prominently into my future plans. The Vidorra allows independence for travel. It allowed modifications to the home for my “golden years” (I’m middle aged if I live past 80). I will never have to worry about repairs, roofs, yards or maintenance….that will be done for me. The time saved allows it to be used for other options.

When I look at the value, the location, the opportunities offered; the Vidorra is the perfect prospect.
